I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to Brock Property Management. I have owned and operated an association management company in South Florida since 1994. It all began in 1991 when I purchased my townhouse in a Condominium Association. Like all good homeowners, I volunteered my services to serve on a committee. I soon found myself overseeing the day to day activities of the community. The Board of Directors wanted to compensate me for my services and encouraged me to obtain a Community Association License. After doing so, they employed me and the rest is history.

Your community is where you and your family live and your home is your greatest investment. This is why it is very important to choose a management company that will make a successful difference in increasing the value of your community and lifestyle.


I have created a team of professionals dedicated to providing superior customer service. My team understands how to meet client’s needs and work expeditiously in an organized problem solving manner, addressing owner’s concerns by overcoming challenges and turning our promises into actions. This is a “people business” and we want to be part of the solution and manage your community with strategies that will protect and enhance your future lifestyle and security. This is why my firm is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. We answer telephone calls on Saturday and Sunday. We return calls in a 6-8 hour period. We make it our business to know every homeowner by name and establish long term relationships because you are more than just clients, you are a community.


It is important that you know that I take my business very seriously, and pride myself on my ability to tailor my services to meet specific demands that different properties require. My firm caters to associations of all sizes. No association is too big or too small. I have mastered the art of dealing with all kinds of homeowners and keeping all problems to a minimum. It’s a fine balance that I maintain by having many reliable contractors available to handle any matter within a twenty four to forty eight hour period. For your convenience I have attached a list of the most common services.
